Sucks, same thing happened to me. I got stuck with a flat, went to the jack space but the space was empty. I will always check when buying cars from now on if the jack is still in the car hahaha.

Start from back, flathead screwdriver works fine (doesn't damage or scratch anything), basically flick every clip up. It will feel like it's going to snap but won't.
