Bluetooth more a pain I've never been happy with the bluetooth on my SSV. Had 2 brands of phone and same problems. Caller at other end can hardly hear - if I adjust volume it creates echo. Call quality flakey at best. Still will have to do.:bang::bang:

My advice - just get the genuine stuff from Holden. I bought a pair of aftermarkets from ebay - spent too many hours trying to sort out some way of fixing them to the S pak. In the end bought the switch and lights from GMH -job took about 30 mins to fit every thing.

Dont wish to sound rude but if your serious about buying an SS/SSV - have you tried the Holden web site or a brocheur? They both clearly list the dfferences. :whistling

For what its worth - some key cutters can replace commodore keys for around the $90 mark - mines due for replacment shortly

From memory the oriignal part from Holden was not that expensive- around $5I think. Also Ultra tune said they carry the sump plugs in stock as apparently this happens a lot - even to their own guys on occassions.

You have my sympathies. I had a similar problem -in that I completely rooted the head of the nut on my VX (even tried mole grips). I took it to Ultratune - they had it up on the hoist and used a cold chisel to remove the nut - took them 20secs. They say this occurs quite often...

I wouldn't worry about that - 1) Chases are limited and very controlled. 2) These guys ain't amatures 3) The handling features on the VE are all a step forward designed to compensate for 'driver' indiscretions.

You might want to put the rear speakers in the parcel shelf and forget about the rear door speakers. Better placement and better sound. The Rear shelf is built to accommodate 6 x 9 speakers

Silicon spray on the drive belts - keeps it a bay for a while - have no idea why but who am I to question.

Can you advise approx cost of repair and was it by the dealer?

Coolant was my first thought - but levels seem ok. Don't know why it is dripping where the a/c drips.

My VX dropped a small puddle of green water where it normally drips the a/c water when first parked. Is this something I need to worry about?
