iv'e a series 1 2007 ve ssv ive noticed When I go into audio to adjust bass or treble it goes straight to Eq Boost. Bass and Treble are greyed out and when I turn the menu button it goes past them any idea's. ive replaced the amp still the subs aren't working.

ok turned off the equalizer even tho it sounded better put my hand on the subs they wernt working.

Same happened to my ve omega ute someone had tried to force a cd in it and cracked the mechanism cheapest fix was a second-hand unit on eBay. Hope this helps.
