When fitting a clubsport dash to an executive you need to make sure the dash came from the same series as your car for a start (series 1 or 2) then the dash needs to reprogrammed for a v6. I'm not sure if the reversing of the fuel guage can be fixed without replacing the sender :confused: ask...

How low do you want to go? I may be wrong but i think sssl's in a wagon sit lower than what they do in a sedan, I'm running sssl's in my vy with 20inch rims and they tuck, I wouldn't want to be going much lower than that for everyday driving, there is a set of bmw springs you can get that will...

Depends what you call uber low?? sssl's are pretty low but if you want lower you'll have to go custom springs or bag it..

There is a set of rear bmw springs that will fit straight into a vy, I've seen it done, I can't remember what model they were from although 318 does ring a bell, but as already pointed out to avoid any issues best to get the right set to start with :)

No idea of the measurements The following pic was taken the day after the suspension was fitted, not the best but it's all i can find.

May be able to dig some pics out, I don't think they'll fit a VS mate as I'm pretty sure the struts are different.

Wheres all dollars on ss parts ? there's less then a thousand dollars worth, as for bang for buck I've owned this car since it was almost new and it's slowly had a few things done to it here and there to make it look better but unlike some I'm not interested in getting from a to b at warp speed...

Easiest way to do it is with a dremel and cutting wheel, I cut the bottom bar out and part of the top section then sanded it, used body filler to fill the holes the bars left, shaped and sanded it smooth, undercoated it then painted it, there is a bit of sanding involved but that's pretty much...

Thanks mate Vz ss tail lights are a straight fit into an exec so someone is telling you lies:D I think from memory you need to make sure you get wiring loom with the vz lights, i can't remember 100% as it was a while ago and as for the grill I modified it myself :)

they're not VX GTS rims, they're of a similar style though, VX GTS rims look like THIS. To the op you could try ebay you'll probaly find a few sets on there.

looks good mate :thumbsup: it's amazing how much of a difference 20's make, I went from 19's to 20's and wasn't expecting a huge difference but it completely changed the look of my car for the better :D

your back wheels scrub with only having it lowered 2", is that 2" from stock height ? how wide are your wheels? either you have exceptionally wide wheels or the offset is way out there, When I had 19x8's with 245's it didn't scrub at all (same height it is now) and now I have 20x 8.5's on my car...

235's actually fit ok, I'd go 245's but with how low my car is I reckon it would rub pretty bad up front, the back would be ok and they're 235x30's

8.5" will fit depending on what size tyres you use and how low the car is, I have 20x8.5's on mine with 235's but there's no way in hell I'd fit a 245 up front with how low my car is and I have coil overs.

VE wheels do fit earlier model commodores but you have to get the centers machined out slightly, you can buy wheels already done that will bolt straight up but if you buy wheels straight off a VE you'll have to get them machined. Someone that's actually done it may have more info although...

I'll have to get a descent pic of the rear of it, but to give you an idea it tucks a 20" inch rim with no one in the back and pretty much no fuel, with a full tank of fuel and two kids in the back well you get the idea lol
