Tested radiator voltage and i had 0.420volts not running. on start up it spiked over 0.6Volts

You can clearly see the corrosion on thermostat housing where the bottom radiator hose is connected.. Layers of green coolant and red over the top of that. had to snap it with a chisel to get it off. Just not sure how to post them up here.

She's cactus... radiator pump, heater core + possibly head gasket or cracked head. And get this!! its never over heated.... NOT ONCE.. Not even a elevated temp needle. until now.

This is not a second hand vehicle.. and no one but holden have serviced it EVER, I've only let 1 other person drive it. The thing i don't get is how was it not picked up?
