    Hi lads; Do any of you know what's going on and how to fix the following problem? My 2003 CV8 Monaro remote keys sometimes unlock and sometimes do not unlock the doors. Now both spare and usual keys do not start engine. The engine ignites, tries to idle then conks out. Can you help?

    I was told by a Holden service department, "that the car should still start if the battery in the remote key is flat." The fob toucher seems to work ok. Once it touches the slipring, it will unlock doors and boot, yet still engine will not hold idle.
