Well im not getting any more fogging on the windscreen touch wood.I got worried about the sharp bend in the hose so brought a new lower heater hose and increased its length. So less of a sharp bend.Thanks for the info guys. Fred

No air con air. I hope the sharp bend in the hose is no a problem see above pic . Noticed top radiator hose has sucked in along its length since engine has cooled so have topped up radiator. Cant see any other leaks. I have a feeling its going to be one of those weekends. Fred

Well I bite the bullet and bypassed the heater core see pic. Will give the the window a good clean and wait and see. Yes had a couple of cool mornings around 14c but in the 8 years ive had the car never seen that sort of fog. Thanks for the replies. regards Fred

For your info around the streets its between 91-96 and sitting in the drive when I got home while checking letterbox and opening rolla door was 101c. Since replacing rad and thermosat hoses etc never had the fan come on so I will see what happens as summer comes. Not sure what temp the fan...

This problem is getting worse. Go to start the car and turn the key and the motor wont turn over. Dash light etc on ok but second turn of the key and she turns over and starts as normal. Seems to be only when the car is hot and parked for 5min then one goes to restart that it wont turn over...

All fixed the butterfly had a black ring of sticky crap which when closed was causing the sticking throttle. Give it a good dose of throttle/carb spray and had a heap of rags under to catch the sludge,thought i was hosing out a heavy smokers lungs. Thanks all Fred

That seems ok one can move things backwards and forwards. Seems a alignment problem maybe. I dont want to really dissconnect the boot globe and try a occy strap so will see what the tight local holden dealership says,which has given me nothing but b/s on other issues such as leaking...

Auto tans oil temp via the raditor was what I am guessing can cause the engine temp warning, been a while since i read the service manual but I recall a couple of auto related error codes can give the engine temp light. My engine temp guage stays between 1/4 and 1/2. Regards Fred

Get a reg service under extended warranty but am unaware of them touching the throttle body and iac . Will get them to replace the fuel filter and throttle body and iac at next service. Thanks for your input Regards Fred
