It's impossible to answer as a photo is only showing the surface damage - who knows what hidden damage is there. It also goes down to what the car is insured for and the value of the car etc. You will not get an accurate answer with a photo online. Take it to an assessor for the correct answer.

You do have to be approved. All the newbie (and some older members) who post threads in that section have their posts sit in the approval queue so you can't see them until we move them to the correct section and then approve :) Just moved another one.....

Apart from banning spammers, I find most of my tasks are moving newbie threads from the Showcase section to where they belong.
