trying to sort someone elses problem out. check eng light stays on. threw a sensor on it (didnt help) so soldered a new plug on to wiring harness (didnt help) continuity from ecu to sensor is fine. but check engine light still on.

whats the difference between vt non-s/charged extractors and s/charged extractors.

ppl shouldnt forget to add about $1000 to prepare the heads, machine 6 new injector ports and then skim the face surface. Not worth the hassle

just picked up second hand haltech and I was wondering if anyone has a better wiring diagram than the one on the haltech site. It is for a vt l67 auto. Also is there a site where I can print out the vt ecu pinout?

I used the mace pulley. soak area with wd40 or similar, grip behind pulley, wind a bolt into the thread and press onto the end of bolt. Use 3 long bolts to wind new pulley on. wind 2 bolts into the new pulley and use these to lock a screw drive into. then simply wind the pulley on with the other...

is there any links out there, need to wire up air/fuel gauge. Dont have a multimeter

are you still using the genuine coolant with the tablets because it can get real messy with some age

ur a champ vsl67. followed that link, removed hose from back of bypass actuator and boost went from 4psi to 8psi. i will now install a 14psi pulley and it should run 10psi.

souns like you have a coil dropping out. get a new coil and randomly fit it until problem goes away. new plugs and leads wont hurt

i just pulled heads off mine cos of that and found cracked cyl head. put new yella terra heads on and good time to port out s/c housing while its apart. Is there a milky buildup under your oilcap and radiator cap?

have u put your head under dash and make sure hot/cold flap isnt stuck or vacuum operated flap failure. Recheck your pressures probably got a blockage in the tx or f/o. good luck

reply thanks for reply, doesnt feel like 10psi, where can i get a vacuum diagram from. I installed yellaterra heads and fitted pulley while charger was off

just put the l67 10psi upgrade pulley on and the boost stayed at 5psi. Does anyone know why. Ive checked the boost bypass valve and vacuum hoses. could it be worn out rotor packs?
