Hi Keith, They are Dba pads. Pretty standard. I gave them a good hard session of running in today as advised. It was fun doing it.. They are much more grippy now after breaking them in. I will probably upgrade to the ceramics next time round. How much dearer are the ceramic pads?

Hi mate, You buy the kit on eBay from wild industries. Comes with 2 electric valves, control box and remotes. Easy as install. Just cut out the originals and weld these guys on. Connect wiring and all done. Instant bimodal.

Hi monstar, The mod I didn't do was do the suspension properly. I had Monroe shocks installed and that was a huge mistake. This one I put koni in. Cost a bit more but the ride is perfect.

I removed the pad retaining pins from the calipers. One of them broke. I have looked everywhere on the net..! Do I just go to holden? I managed to sort out the bent crossover pipe now this :(

Maybe you link pins? Have you ever changed them. The originals are rubbish and make a clunking sound when they wear out. Could be your rotors maybe rubbing on the pads at high speed? Especially if they have warped.

Let us know how she goes after you get it all done. Thats the next thing for me. I've been looking at the hurricane headers and 2.5 inch system then tune. The thing bloody flies now so can't wait to see how it goes after the mods lol

Cool, I notice that the hids are not instant full intensity. Are the high beams any good or do they take a few seconds to come up to full. Do you find that annoying? Reason I as is that I'm looking into doing the same. :)
