Hey, just thourght i would show off some more pics of the vr. i havent done much to it in the last month or so, just little things, like getting all of the lights working in the dashboard and fixing the broken bonnet cable.

i still think the rims looked awesome on the car :)

I totally agree with that statement aswell, im a mechanic myself and i know of a fair few people in my area that do these sort of prices for jobs like an engine. i bourght a new motor for my VR, it was $660 (very low k's, and they proved it) and it took me a weekend to do the change over...

does any1 know what it will cost to get a live diff centre re-built for a vr? ive got the whine, and the LSD doesent work very well anymore :( cheers

its a factory manual, i had holden run the vin number for me. i think someone might have had the idea of putting an auto diff in it. i mite just take it out and re-do the lsd. its no fun just going singles

yea, i think someone has played with the diff, cause it feels different to all the other vr-vs's ive drove (im an ex car mechanic, lol)

thats pretty much normal man, its not a low level light, its a low oil pressure indicator, thats y it stays on without the engine running and goes out when u start it.

personally i like my independent VR rear end, i dont like the look of the lowered IRS, and i dont really want the tyre wear that goes with it.
