Can definitely say they do, as that's what has been done with my VK and it looks pretty much the same as a VH.

That I'm not sure of. Haha just one of those things, never seen it done and I like column shifters. Its when I saw a post on a VK ute conversion that I got the idea.

I realise it would be a bitch of a job (& I'm not a car expert) but I was wondering how hard it would be to put a column shift setup in a VK or similar model & how one might do it. It's just an idea that keeps swimming around in my head.
