Impressive, most exhaust shops wouldn't be willing or even have the know-how to design a custom setup like that to meet meet the customers requirements. I might look in to something similar one day. I too wanted max low-mid torque. I have the genie version of the wildcat headers you linked...

I also trimmed the bonnet seal in front of the OTR, otherwise it completely blocks the upper intake when the bonnet is closed. I was surprised it didn't recommend to do this in the instructions.

There is a hole on the bottom prior to the air filter for the drain valve. You should be able to just take the three front clips out and lift the otr up enough to get it in. I ran otr and catback for a couple of months with no CEL. Only came on about a week after extractors and cats went on, but...
