What kit did you buy? VERY few kits can be installed into the VE. For starters you need to bypass the immobilizer which isn't a easy task.

Well then it's no cheaper then Holden, I got 2 brand new flip keys for $330 from a Newcastle Holden dealer. That's cut and reprogrammed and the actually keys themselves.

Pretty sure for most advance things like radio reprogramming and seat belt etc you need a tech 2 device. These costs around 5k however there was one on eBay a few weeks ago for 3.5k... Alot of money if you don't do much with it and you also need to be able to source the updates etc.

one thing to remember mate is that you need to install a proper Hazard light switch (should hook up to the LCD HVAC) if you need to get a rego check or whatever the touch screen button will fail. Just something to keep in mind.

For the fascia you can't really buy any, you could get someone to make a custom one however I doubt it would be much cheaper.

Headunit is still behind. This fascia will clip into the headunit. All that is removed is the Old fascia.

Home button I can't press. It has gestures enable so I can access it by swiping in with 4 fingers ( look at the vid I think ) easier while driving anyway.
