The whiteline insert seems to be a very tight fit, any tips to get it into the diff mount?

Like the title say I am having trouble pressing the whiteline bush in. Any one who has done one recently got any tips on to put in? Thanks

Can I lower the diff a bit with the jack, so i can get to them with the ratchet.

Some help pls. I have the back of the car on stand. Placed jack underneath diff housing to support diff. Removed the 4 bolts that hold the diff mount. What do I do next to get the diff mount out? Any help would be great.
