Absorbed, Optima or Exide?

Yes they are battery brands.

All are deep cycle so they can supply the current required by your system.

If you want one battery to run everything the Optima and Exide batteries would be my pick over the Absorbed since they have higher starting power.

Up to you mate.

Yeah i agree, by some 4AWG cable (or larger) and upgrade the battery to ground wire, add a wire from the engine block to the negative terminal or chassis and upgrade the alternator charge wire. You can leave the stock wiring there and just add on to it.
Try that first, it will definately reduse the headlight dimming and maybe the bass cutting out, its the cheaper option so it makes sense to do this before upgrading to a $250-$300 battery.
