Too many
Vice grips, clamps of various descriptions? Stuff you don't use that often but are really useful when you do need them.

Vice grips, clamps of various descriptions? Stuff you don't use that often but are really useful when you do need them.
Yeah those giant C-clamps that reach around every thing to hold it.
And those teeny tiny vice grips that hold and fit in small areas.

Another though @losh1971 is those small hose clamps that I use surprisingly often.
Or maybe just another good quality ratchet etc. Double up on some really useful tools. (I have multiple 1/2" ratchet spanners which is used heaps in my garage)
Just some thoughts for you

Don’t let it ‘burn a hole in your pocket’. Check the expiry date on the gift cards and hang on to it/them until you actually need something. No point in buying something now for the sake of spending the card.
