15v constant charge

Replaced alternator, 3 batteries and 2 holden dealerships
Still have this problem of 15v constant charge
Engineering mode all three batteries fully charged show 69.8%
Unplugged battery charge sensor with no change
Just can't solve this ongoing problem

Did you ever figure this out? I’ve got Same problem with the 69.8% showing consistently. Was it the BCM?

BCM - body control module.
It's an ECU that controls vehicle body electrics - lights, horn, dash, alarm etc etc
