Whats the go with the P Plate laws though allowing Turbo's now??? I'm well, well past being a P Plater but I thought they banned all Turbo Petrol Cars!

Something tells me this still wouldn't be legal due to the upped boost and modification. The rules would apply to a stock factory boost setting to be within power to weight.

Nice n clean none the less

Yeah if you check out the Vicroad's probationary vehicle database it states you need to apply for a permit, which I did and am now legally able to drive the car. As far as modifications, I was defected and had to remove EVERYTHING apart from the intercooler. I left the intercooler on because the stock one was damaged and I had to get a replacement.

basically the coilovers remain because you simply wind them up to stock height for a roady..also the tint was scraped off and a massive muffler on the back to quieten the car.

To get a RWC the car had to have absolutely no audible compressor surge (dose) which would have been an enormous job to reverse on this car so I pinned the wastegate open to stop it boosting, drove to vicroads and bam - passed.
