lol, i know what it is 
i have fitted a couple of thousand of em' before. but what it does mean is that this car has been in the country since 02' (we went to purple plates in 02' when we changed to the RAWS system) which is good, cos' these supras are just thrash boxes in japan now finiding good examples is getting more and more difficult.
long story short it means its had an aussie owner for a long time and probably a better life.
