2005 VZ crewman Hard to start

did this start suddenly
gradually got worse
or bought car like it
possibly ecu, as they are a bit fragile on VZ

Owned it for about 7 years
It only started about 2 months ago slowly getting worse over time

Do you hear the pump prime?

Yes the pump primes it’s a new pump and filter and runs fine once running although slightly rough idle
