Hi guys... Just about to get my car tuned... Has full exhasut and intake.... Im running a dual tune on both 98 premium and e85 fuel. Redline comes stock with e85.

I read somewhere about using special spark plugs for e85 so can someone recommend some?

this is what the NGK search revealed

Your Vehicle:
09/10 - 04/13 HOLDEN Commodore VEII Utility 6.0L Gen IV V8, 6L80E 270kW L77

Spark Plug Part No. Plug Gap
Recommended Plug IZTR5B11 1.0

BUT doesnt say anything about e85 fuel....

... I'd like some iridium ones because chanigng them every 80,000kms seems bloody awesome! and what leads to match? MSD 10MM???? What size MM is the best for my application? and how often does leads need to be changed? Is the stock OEM holden ones good enough? the car is sitting at exactly 60,000KMs now.

They are iridium. Coming into Spring I say go colder plugs with your mods - TR6. Different leads is silly, use stock as per 1000hp+ guys do.
NGK say one step cooler plugs for every 100 hp over stock (TR5).
I'd also ditch iridium, there's a couple of threads already recently.
I change copper every 30,000 km, done 165,000 km on original leads still goes great.
