2019 equinox problem?

Im looking at purchasing a 2019 equinox. Everything is absolutely perfect and drives great but there's this low sounding high pitch noise that you can hear inside the car that seems to be coming from under the bonnet around the car battery area. I'm wondering if it is something I need to worry about or would anyone have any idea on what it is?

It's just a constant noise that is irritating. You can't hear it once the aircon or radio is on as it drowns it out.

When you turn the car off you can hear it still and then sounds like it shuts off after about 30 seconds.

Any suggestions or ideas would be great.

Hmmm, do you mean a squeek? As in a noisy pulley?

No definitely not that. It sounds like a electrical buzzing noise. It sounds like its coming from the speakers when inside the car but when you pop the hood it's clear it's coming from around the Battery compartment area.
When the car is turned off it's still there for about 30 seconds and then sounds like it's shutting off.
