can u swap the extra electronics for the 3 window dash into the single window dash so that i keep the correct odo reading and red facia thing?

you can put ya red lense (thing with numbers) onto the 3 window cluster
you just loose ya PRND321 display in the middle

then just get holden to reset the odo

No your not able to transfer your odometer reading unleass you purchase a brand new one from holden, then at the time of config with the tech 2 to suit your car they will change the odom to your cars kms. Or you could look for one with close kms to yours.

Straight swap there champ.
They are the same cluster just with 2 extra windows.
In the single window, wen its pulled apart u can c the spots for the other 2 windows.

I changed mine from single to three window and also changed the dial faces.

So yes u can change it over.

i dont care about the PRND123 because i dont hae an auto so holden can change the odo in a second hand one?

Apparently it can be SPS'd over, using Tech 2, and Holden's online programming software.

yes I know its a MASSIVE thread dig but better then starting a new thread.

just want to clarify, I have a v6 vx s pack in manual, if I buy a 2nd hand level 3 cluster it will fit and all the functions will work? the odometer will not be correct and the prnd321 obviously wont work either. that should be it, right? now if I get a coloured dials this will cover the prnd321 so that's not a issue.

It will only work correctly if it has a Tech 2 rest the climate control and PPK for wheel size. Most L3 stoff is auto so that would need to be changed also by the tech 2..
