As far as I know, he built it to demonstrate what he could do with a factory typr engine, it was his personal car. Way back then, there were no TP type manifolds on the market. From memory, he built this car when the VT was still only new on the market so circa 1997/98.

well cars plenty for now, till I get bored 6 months down the track lol.
I just wana quiet down the twin system a little without limiting flow.. its a little on the "look at me" side, and I don't wanna attract any unwanted yellow stickers

Do you have a balance pipe on that twin system?

theres a small bit in the middle, ive drawn a pic as the cars a little low to take a picture
I think its a H crossover but it could be a brace to connect the pipes, im unsure.

its pretty deep and droney on idle/low revs if that makes a difference.

Xovers tend to work better than balance pipes in regards to drone and crackle. It sounds like a brace rather than a Xover.

You definitely don't want that thong slappa sound as that will attract the poppo straight up, my twin 3 with xover sounds pretty sedate until 4000rpm with the foot into it
