i think thats the one the've done a few articles on in street machine. it's a holden/chev cross. it's a holden block thats made to fit a chev crank and timing cover, it has a taller deck but uses holden heads that have been redesigned so they have the extra head bolt same as the chevy heads to get rid of that head gasket problem holdens have. lots of other little things also from memory

ahhhh couldnt of they just bought out a stroked 454 which i think are stroked to 496? wouldnt have that been easier than spending 8 years on developing this motor? or you could go the chev 720 or 710 (can not remmember middle number) ok it cost $23,000 but it would make this motor look like it is meant to be in a lawn mower.
