So what would you recommend.? Every 10 thou ?
Factory would define whether they are sealed for life or whether they require a fluid and filter change. Cant remember what the schedule is for VE or VF but your service book will define it…

But it’s deemed too long between drinks by many JC members if longevity is what youre after. Many feel a fluid change is good insurance every 50,000kms if not more frequent if you tow…

I prefer a full flush and filter change as the torque converter can hold a large amount of old fluid within. Again views vary and many prefer just a pan drop style fluid and filter change. Regardless, anything more frequent than yje factory specs is better.

Here are some videos of a fluid change in two types of Holden auto transmissions curtesy of an old 2019 post from @Fu Manchu pinched from one of the many auto transmission servicing threads that live within the forum.
