6 speed VE V8 trans vacuum line location.

I have an unattached vacuum hose hanging from a 6 speed Transmission, its brittle and beyond repair. I would like to replace it but I have no idea where it goes so I am hoping someone on here could point me in the right direction. I had to refill my trans oil due to a trans line clip separating from the radiator and while I was under the car I saw the hose but couldn't find where it had to go.

It’s a breather hose. Open on the end. Tuck it up high. They usually are mounted around the top of the bell housing somewhere.
