Hey Guys,

Just thought i'd drop a line to say hello and will be looking forward to chatting with you all and hopefully catching up on a few cruises...

No doubt some of you are wondering the meaning of my title... Basically guys I currently own a turbo skyline which alot of commodore owners hate from experience... But i love both of these cars. I used to have a series 1 skyline before i went over to a vx ss, which i absolutely loved. Could not believe how much fun the 8 was as I thought the turbo's were the best thing ever.

Now owning another skyline (series 2) I am thinking about selling it and going out for another ss or at least another commodore for daily driver/ family car. Hopefully things go to plan and i will have the opportunity to ask for some holden advice from the gurus.

Catch ya all arond in the post...:)

Welcome aboard :)

It is not so much the cars that are the problem.. just the mentality of some of the drivers. You seem to be alright though, since you have managed to put together full sentences ;)

Skylines are nice cars! I'd like to see what people would choose if there was a Skyline and a Commy next to each other, and you could choose one for free. GTR any day...

including HSV, i'd take a clubsport r8 over any skyline.
just holden though, i'd take an SS.
i wouldn't be allowed to park a skyline in the driveway.

it's funny, ive had the pleasure of thrashing the living snot out of both cars, be a skyline and a commodore, (r8 to be exact)

and the skyline was quick, so was the r8, but for the fun factor it was the r8.

so id stay with a commodore.

either way, welcome, and do enjoy your stay.
