Can anyone tell me how I interpret this data?

I'm getting readings of 13.6v - 13.7v charge rate, is that quite low? I thought it should be over 14.2v.

Does anyone have a list of the ideal operating values for a VR? Google keeps bring up price value and nothing on engine logging values. I am trying to find a list of the optimum settings, if there is such a thing??

No O2 sensor crosscounts? Is that voltage fluctuating or staying at 460mv?

If its not fluctuating, you'll need to look at your O2 sensor or wiring.

Voltage reading is fine. Time to shift between gears can give an indication of the condition of the transmission too. Some very useful data there but most useful when you have a problem you're trying to rectify. I used tunerpro with datalogging to diagnose and rectify a wiring fault for my O2 sensors. Tunerpro gives all the same information, but takes a bit more to get it set up and isn't as user friendly.

And just so that you're aware, you won't be able to make any changes to the tune or calibration - they PCM is a 'read only' system in stock form as far as diagnostics goes.

According to EC's vid I can increase the charge voltage? I have an intermittent prob with the O2 sensor. O2 is only a few months old Delphi unit as some others like Bosch in VR V6 are not straight plug in AFAIK. I will log some trans data in a little while. AFAIK the trans is in decent cond according to trans tech who serviced and fitted new shift solenoids at my request just in case they failed given the mileage. The only thing I may need to have repaired is the valve body reamed and larger valved fitted. As a while back it was causing codes but has not come back from six months ago, when I was getting the errors.

O2 sensor every now and then loses signal. I believe it is a ground wire issue. But the fix seems quite complicated if it's the same way they fix VS O2 ground wire issues. I did ask on JC and was told the fix is the same as VS. Running cables to the PCM and locating some certain number in the PCM to connect the cable too.
