Advice on where to rebuild an engine

Looking for a good place in Sydney to rebuild my 6.0l l76 for a decent price, I have been working on it lately and just gave up, any recommendations and maybe a rough price thanks.

Okay so for now I put it all together and it runs fine, I pulled the oil filter and there was no metal at all in the filter, I put it all together and it runs great, only thing is there is this weird rattle that happens for like 1 second then goes away and then happens again it’s very random and it happens when it’s cold and I’m trying to figure out what it is I checked the con rod bearings and they were all good, maybe a loose heat shield or something I don’t know what do you think
