Hey ppl, wat do use recommend for a nice sounding loud as air filter...

my exhaust on its own aint doin it for me any more, i want a hard sucking sound now,

wat do use guys recommend to get....

plus for the new air filter, will i need to get a new CAI

these 2 things i gotta admit i know sh*& about...

any help would b appreciated...


ALSO GOIN OFF THE TOPIC, WAT DO USE REKON ABOUT CAMBER KITS. CAUSE I GOT IRS AND MY REAR TYRES SIT ON THE INSIDE OF THE WHEEL, ESPECIALLY THE LEFT ONE..

pod filter will get it sucking, but u need to heat shield it and feed it with cold air to make it work.

i guess if you are not techincally minded you may find it difficult to fabricate a heat shield. A pod filter has more surface area than a panel filter, but the trick is to make sure its not injesting all the warm air in the engine bay as then you will find U will more than likely go backwards in your quest for power.

so who can i take it to, to get done, i dont mind payin a bit to get it done, just not too much...

n how much am i lookin at for the air filter and the CAI..

sorry 2 b fused, just this weekend is free n planning to try n get it all done 2moz.

what state are u in. not good idea travelling say from perth to brisbane to get this sort of work done.

all good thanks neways for the help champ...

my mecho is pretty good so ill buy the parts n take it to him to fit in...

he'll prob charge $60 for labour...

i'd vote you'd be better with a panel filter.

straight drop on fitment and the CAI also literally bolts in very easy to do.
