Am I missing interior pieces on my 09.5 VE sv6?

Hi all,
I treated my sv6 a nice vacuum today. I decided to go deep and get into the hard to reach spots.
However, the passenger footwell looks like it is missing pieces? Is it? Or did they come from factory like this. I have attached pictures below. The reason I ask is because if interior pieces are missing, I may as well replace them seeing the car is in decent condition.

I think that's how they came from the factory... Here's an image of another VE with the same panel as yours (and probably mine too, I need to have a look under there lol)...

Cheers mate. Check under yours if you want. When I first saw it, I immediately thought that it may have messed around with in the past

Pretty much the holes underneath the passenger footwell/ below the glovebox. Deep in the passenger footwell. The area where it doesn’t look quite flush

Looks the same as my SS wagon. The holes are for the air vents as I have had this panel out numerous times trying to fix the AC.
