Years ago i lost a 13mm socket working on my VS. I found it a few years later on the K frame when i pulled the motor out...

I was working on the carb on my old car when I decided to blow it out with the dust gun. The consequences of doing this was a tiny tiny spring went flying somewhere. Well I looked for a while and couldn't find it, so I pushed the car back a bit and blow me down the spring was lying right between the grooves in the tyre!! It was millimetres away from being smushed into a piece of curly wire.

I had one of the curclip things that holds
the window winder on fly off once. Can't
remember if I ever did find it.
