Yes taz, front splits and rear doors off HU-faded 4pts to the front, 6x9's off amp-from rear pre-out. Like I said just a bit of fill for when the arse end is full of work gear and the 6x9's are blocked.

sorry for the late reply guys set up is

ts-c160r front door speakers
ds-591a tweeters
ts-c160r crossover
fta 169 mb quart 6x9
mrx-f30 amp

and a ts-w1201c sub with gm5100t amp

The 6x9 sound **** as the back of them is open to the boot, rear door speakers are stock and not connected.

Any thoughts on how to improve my setup is apprecated

They typically run quite well in that environment with quite a bit of bass. 99% of the time there is always some improvement.

6x9's are designed for a large enclosure (the boot) so that won't be the reason if they don't sound right. Double check the wiring to ensure the + and - are around the right way on both of them, then try swapping that + and - around on both to see if it makes the sound better or worse.

Ill give the wiring a check and see if everything is hooked up correctly... If not ill just leave them disconnected and crank the front ones harder.

A good test is plug in one rear speaker and have a listen. If it gets worse when you plug in the second then one is out of phase.
