Antenna base mount

Has anyone replaced one of these before.. Dont ask mine kinda ripped out... There are 2 little clips that seem to hold it down but that can't be all as they feel like there bolted down tight as...when new...

Pretty sure you need to unscrew it from the inside of the car so will require the roof liner to be removed for access
