It's the fastest colour

HRT proved that red was the fastest colour. They dominated in V8 Supercars in the early to mid 2000's when their cars were painted Sting Red (Red Hot). Soon as they diverted from red as the primary colour, they barely won another race! Red works like Brock's polariser and if Peter was here today, he'd still tell us that a car with the polariser was faster than a car without it. You can feel the "extra 10" looking at a red Commodore.

Here's my old R8 and besides needing a tissue for selling it last year for 65k, you can feel the "extra 10" none the less!

Simmons FR-C 20x8.5 and 20x10 painted in a BMW silver wheel paint code B20. If you like the colour, they look silver in sun light and like polished alloy in low light.

I was of the view the Redline was so esteemed and valuable because the "Red" in the title makes it go faster....

Dead right. That colour alone adds 200 RWkW mate!!

I saw a Magnum ute yesterday and the bloke said he only paid $60,000 for it. But the original owner had actually used it as a workhorse - the tray and tailgate were beaten up.

We bought an 12 month old FGX XR6 Falcon ute dirt cheap early 2017 with 20,000km's and belonged to a house painter who'd gone bust and was about to be repossessed. The back of that ute was destroyed with spilled paint everywhere and dents and scratches on the tail gate and outer tub and ended up a good looking ute after a serious tidy up. I couldn't believe how trashed this ute was in 12 months of ownership from brand new even used for work!
