Awesome, as long as your having fun its all that matters.

Now a couple of questions, My service reminder will not reset, is there any other way to do it?

Also, easiest way to replace the light element behind the headlight switch and also the transmission selector. Don't want to pull crap apart unnecessarily.

if it wont reset using the buttons it can be done with a tech2.
it normally means one of the buttons isnt working

the headlight switch has led illumination inbuilt.
the prndl illumination is a small globe (T3) i think, you can get to it by dropping the rhs console panel

Cheers Rob

Hi, Was wondering if the iac and tps on a gen3 throttle body work at the same voltage as the vn/s V8 throttle bodys. Thus if i was to make a way to get a g3 t/b on an old V8 it would hook straight up to the old wiring.
Is there any other reasons you can think of besides fitting it, why a g3 t/b would not work on an old 5.0ltr. cheers.
