next annoying question (btw the engine's half done)

Apparently COME can alter the ECU so the power/econ switch can change the shifts to auto/manual... can you do anything like this? I want to be able to bumble around town and just flick a switch and have total control, if it's possible (aftermarket shifter is looking like a plan too)

not at present, the standard software needs some mods for this to work properly

give the contacts a quick scuff with scotchbrite or steel wool too.

hey mate i got a vt s auto , when i go to take off the car shudders and it seems lik the trans is slipping, does it need an oil change ,i had cooling problems a while back could the oil be burnt? is this goona cost me big $ . cheers 4 ya input mate

unless you have acess to an OBD2 scantool take it to a dealer & have it checked.

its probably best to get it checked at a reputable transmission place, very hard to say without driving it.
