As China is probably the biggest world super power currently, now that America is bankrupt, dying of covid, and on the verge of political collapse and violent upheaval, same same for "mother england" and every other European country, I can see a Blade Runner type of future in 20 years

I am future proofing by having my kids learn Mandarin

The joys of a capitalist society, the US can trade their way out of it. China hasn't eliminated the virus either, 3 cities have reported outbreaks and millions have been tested in the last week.

I'm future proofing my kids and teaching them how to use a sword and bow and arrow. Watching Walking Dead, World War Z and even the Resident Evil franchise to better understand zombies.
