Auto lock when putting vehicle in drive?

On my VF I had the option to lock the vehicle when I shifted to reverse or drive and it would unlock when placed in park.

Does the zb have this?

Has anybody worked out how/if people on the passenger side can unlock the doors before me if Im near the car?
The passenger door behind the driver unlocks, the drivers door unlocks, but the passenger side wont unlock until the drivers door unlocks.
