AUTO Vs. MANUAL TUNE BENEFITS??

i have heard that because i have a manual ve ss that a maf tune is not as effective as it is on an auto 6.0...is this true..? im in melbourne and if anyone can reccomend somewhere it would be a good help...thanx heaps

I beleive that the tune is more noticeable on the auto because the gearbox is tuned/altered aswell as the engine, where as you obviously have nothing to do with the manual box when tuning, plus there is more anti-abuse software on the auto that can be removed, so yes, naturally a tune does more for an auto than a manual.
