Is this on petrol or LPG? Is the engine modified?

A sequential injection engine shouldn't do this. Cross-firing would be one possibiltiy, but you have changed the spark stuff. Second possibility is an intake valve not sealing properly. How many km has engine done? Or else valve timing is out of whack (if someone replaced timing chain but slipped a tooth when lining up the shafts.)
If you do find the cause, check the MAF sensor for damage.

Faulty TPS can cause these symptoms.
Check fault codes for any clues.
