:bang:PLZ HELP ME No power to the coil VN SS

I have a real problem at the moment i changed the coil in my SS and it went great for about 2ks then died. and now i have no power to the coil or workshop manual. any ideas will be a great help. Cheers all

Does your old coil work? Try swapping that over and see if it will run? Also check/swap the short lead that goes from the coil to the distributor cap.
Ignition modules are notorious for packing up as well.

My reco ignition mod was 200 bucks. Get the coils and ignition mod tested by a auto elect and see what they say..
Mine was a broken wire in the engine loom and dead ignition mod

I think all my problems are coming from the fact that i had a brain fart and didnt disconect the battery when i charged the coil. could be anything in the ignition system. but then i run great after i changed the coil. not shore...

I the car was turned off and You changed the coil it should be fine.. Seen the father in law do it a few times like that.. Dd you put the coil back how it came out?
