11 Speakers

The SSV gets 11 speakers...

I'm assuming 2 tweaters, 2 front door, 2 rear door and 2 parcel shelf - thats 8 speakers.

Anyone advise where the other 3 go?

One of them would be a sub.

As for the other two, maybe the rear door speakers are splits as well? Hence two extra tweeters?

Hmmm, I hope you're wrong. I think a lot of people would be pissed off, since the lack of pre-outs (and the whole sound system in general) was one of the major gripes with the VY/VZ.

i hope i am to. lets wait until someone rips apart a new ve to check

maybe two subs and a centre speaker in the centre of the dash, like the statesman, caprice

what size sub/s do you think it will have, i reckon 8 inches if two, or just a single 10...they wouldnt have 12's, would they?

and yeah good point, where do all the speakers go, sounds like overkill maybe...

Theres only 1 sub according to the launch details. 230 watt speaker system with sub woofer.

Yeah, good for a factory system. That's nothing for car audio type guys though...
