VE Series 2 Commodore
Hi All,
Was wondering if I could get some help or advice in regards to connecting to the Bluetooth device on a VE series 2 commodore.
I just helped my son purchase the car not even thinking if the newer phones would connect or not.
The phone shows on the screen & also sees the code but says wrong code even though its correctly entered.
Is this because its an old unit with a new phone?
He has a Samsung S20.
Is there away around the error or do you need to upgrade the head unit.

I can't help with the specific issue but my 10 month old A20 connects fine.

My iPhone 7plus
and
iPhone 4 connects ok

Delete any Bluetooth devices currently in it,
Reset the unit,
and try again.

As said before, clear all previous devices and try to reconnect. Seems strange that your phone wont pair.

I have done all of that.
Disconnected the battery, reset defaults.
Still won't connect.
Error message is pairing error.
Can the unit be reset any other way please?

Thanks for the heads up.
But not even my S9 will connect.
I've tried everything that I know to correct it.

What's the best way to reset the unit.
I've tried disconnecting that battery.
Didn't really do much

In the configuration menu there is a reset option.
