bolting up a turbo on a stock RB30

Water return goes to the heater hoses on other side of motor. oil return goes into the hole just above the sump. you will need a oil drain fitting for the block which can be bought on ebay. Oil feed is the hole on the left side up top nd the water feed is on the right hand side. And let me tell you, they are an absolute pain in the ass to line up and bolt up lol.

haha yeah easy for top mount ey...
Best way to pull that bung out is use a socket extension bar 1/2 inch(No socket on it) or just the ratchet and undo it.... Easy...
Go to pirtek with this bung and get them to match it with a tapered barb brass piece like this..

works a treat and about $10


Thats if your running non stock oil return hose,, i used a piece of oil/fuel safe Hose from pirtek

So two hoses run from the side off the block to the turbo and then from the turbo two hoses one to the radiator hoses for the water return and then the other to the sum.

So with the sump is there a bung ?
And the oil drain is the one in the pic above so is the oil drain the part which goes near the sump or in the sump or on the turbo ?

Sorry if the questions are silly i am trying to learn so i can install it on my own.

Also do you guys know how much a gasket would cost for the exhaust manifold i will be using a low mount setup ?

the bung goes in the block above sump.

gasket is like $10 or so
