Brake lights and left indicator turn on with headlights

Would the rhs make the left indicator turn on (not flashing) when the headlights are turned on aswell

Funny things happen so try everything you can then worry about why or why not later.
If anything like blinker stalk or cruise isn't working properly fix all those known issues as well until everything is working.
Unplug both tail lights and see if everything else works ok.
Do you still have the old tail lights to play with ?

if the rhs does not earth it will then earth through the path of least resistance
but without a multimeter and the knowledge to test
we have to give you steps you can perform yourself

Ok will check the rhs

Disconnected rhs. Problem still remains. New symptom found when left indicator is working instrument cluster flashes. Disconnected both tail light wiring harness and problem still remains. Checked the stop switch at the brake pedal and it is working fine.

What else can i check? Or is it time for an auto electrician.

Pull all the indicator globes out and see if it goes away.
Was anything replaced soon before this started happening? A globe, switch, or whatever?
Sounds like there's a Globe installed badly or a faulty switch on the dash somewhere.
If bulbs are turned too far in their sockets they short out the 2 terminals and you get ghostly happenings like you have.
