I need to get the brakes serviced in my commodore, i was wondering if anyone can recommend some good brake shops around the Dandenong area.

it pretty easy just need a second person then it becomes alot easier u start further away from the brake booster so rear left then rear right then front left and front right and make sure u would check the fluid after each caliper

Are you just after a regular pad change and bleed? Any run of the mill mechanic will be able to do the job fine, its pretty basic.

just gotta get it checked and see what they say, i am assuming so as it has only gone to **** in last week or so.

was thinking about going to hpf service centre as it is around the corner from work, or am i better off going to a brake specialist

Any mechanic that's worth the money you're paying him will be able to do the job. Expect to pay around $80 for a brake bleed.
