Brown small cookie size spots in radiator cap

I have suspected water in the exhaust as I has a weird smell to it like metalicky and fair bit of mist.
I did the lower manifold gasket before but used a ebay gasket.
Anyone know where I can get a good gasket from

Yea that's looks a bit better than the one I used.

Do I need the blue sealant in the link you gave too? Or a red one

I've used the blue rtv. Dont forget the corners & also the bolts.
